Had Lyle's crew out to my house to fix my sprinklers and they did an outstanding job. Very reliable and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Visited my friends home and the landscaping and hardscaping was beautiful, my friend highly recommend' s Lyle and his company.

I met Lyle through my networking group and have used his business on many occasions. He is always on time and completes the work perfectly and on time. Once the job is done, everything gets cleaned up and also cleaned up on a daily basis, everthing is kept looking like new! I recommend him to all my family and friends!

I contacted Lyle Lavietes because he did the artificial grass installation at my golf course. I wanted to replace my backyard grass with artificial turf. We agreed on price and Lyle started with killing the existing grass. Once the grass was dead, his crew started work and continued every day until the work was done. They showed up at 8 AM (sometimes earlier) and worked efficiently all day. As the job progressed, I added more work (plants, tree removal, pool grouting) which was quickly completed. I am very pleased with the work Lyle has done for me. Thanks Lyle.

My Agoura Hills project was the replace some 88 square feet of thirsty lawn with new planting and ground cover that would require a minimum amount of watering. From a Las Virgenes Water District list of licensed landscape contractors, I received 3 bids with Lyle Lavietes Landscape Contractor being the lowest. On Lyle's advice, I was able to get the Water District to extend the deadline on my approved rebate because some of the existing dormant weeds could not be properly eradicated until warmer weather forced them into new growth. His crew arrived early one Monday morning and had my landscape plan turned into reality in just 3 short days time. Just 3 days to strip the area clean of growth, install new low-flow sprinkler lines and drip tubes, install a battery operated water controller, plant of 3 different color native plantings through water permeable 'cloth' that would keep the rock ground cover from being swallowed up and finally spreading a ton of nice, smooth, light-colored rock over it all. The entire front area of my house was then cleaned up, including planted areas not involved with the project, large roots of two shrubs removed as part of the project and all trash and debris driven away which left it all nicely clean. As a final testimony to Lyle's honesty, I was given a substantial credit for excess material & plants that had been included in his low bid but found not to be needed after all. That money could have been pocketed and I would have been none the wiser. I would gladly offer the name of Lyle Lavietes' Simi Valley Company to anyone looking for, in my opinion, an honest and reasonably priced company that had a very hard-working and experienced team of workers who carried out my plans to completion. In Feb. 2015, I had a project completed by Lyle Lavietes Landscape Contractor. He was one of three contractors who bid on the project. The project included removing vegetation from a hillside, moving sprinklers, planting water friendly plants, and hardscape work. Lyle listened to what I wanted and gave helpful suggestions. He and his crew completed the project on time and in budget. The attention to detail was more than I could have asked for. I look forward to using Lyle and his crew for any future projects. I will recommend his company to any of my friends.

Lyle was able to determine my backyard water issues and supplied various methods to help. Very knowledgeable in his presentation and specific problems that could arise in the work. He laid out the facts and costs for each part and solutions for each.
